ClipJet ("the Service", "we") turns long videos into short vertical clips and lets you schedule and automatically publish them to social accounts you connect. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You retain all rights to the videos and material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transcode, caption and (when you schedule it) publish that material solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and publish.
When you connect a social account (e.g. YouTube, TikTok), you authorise ClipJet to publish the clips you schedule to that account on your behalf, via the platform's official API. We act only on your instructions and never post without a schedule you create. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our access.
Do not use the Service to upload or publish illegal content, infringe others' rights, or violate the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Paid plans are billed via YooKassa (card / SBP / T-Pay). Plans are monthly. Credits granted with a plan do not expire when the plan ends. Refunds are handled per Russian consumer law and the YooKassa terms.
The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
