Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data ClipJet collects and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data — email and login, used to authenticate you.
• Content — videos you upload or import, and the clips/captions generated from them.
• Connected accounts — when you link a social account we store the access/refresh tokens the platform issues and your public account name/handle, used only to publish the clips you schedule.
• Payment data — handled entirely by YooKassa; we never receive or store your card details.

How we use it

To provide the Service: transcribe and cut your videos, generate captions, and publish scheduled clips to the accounts you connect. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

• AI processing — transcription and caption text are processed by our AI providers (e.g. OpenAI / Groq) to generate clips and descriptions.
• Payments — YooKassa processes payments.
• Social platforms — we use the official APIs of the platforms you connect. For TikTok we request the user.info.basic scope (to show which account is connected) and video.publish scope (to upload the videos you schedule). We use TikTok data only to publish your scheduled content and never for any other purpose.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting a social account deletes its stored tokens. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

Security

Access tokens and credentials are stored server-side and transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and revoke connected-account access at any time from your cabinet or by contacting us.
